Yumeko both insomnia and excessive sleeping are considered signs of depression. but lack of sleep can make us feel moody/frustrated and stuff like that i usually get 8 or more hours of sleep

Yumeko what i found really annoying about duolingo is that it keeps repeating the same sentences - ughh. i learn the best if i'm writing it down, but i also always recommend app tandem - where people help each other with learning languages
