caecal07 you have to make a really long term habit to become healthy... I would suggest making sure your eating a well rounded diet that means that unless you have tons of money to spend and a great knowledge of nutrients in food you should hit all of the food...

caecal07 I was farm raised and I wouldn't have it any other way... we load the beef critters and haul them out if you have a decent freezer the meat last a really long time. I think it also helps that they use the airtight freezer seal now instead of the white paper....
