Bethygrl I cry when Im frustrated or sad or even angry. Sometimes I just need a good cry. After I cry I seem to feel better, like it releases some pent up emotion or sumn.

viewpoint You know you are right. I do agree with you. Forgiving takes the stress off from within ourselves. When you have forgiven someone, you don't harbor hatred within yourself and you feel that sense of happiness within you.
