dlhnola I have two labs. One NEVER has been a licker but the other one will lick you given half a chance. I cannot STAND this! and try to avoid it by distracting her with play or belly rubs. She will also lick my feet which is enough to send me through the roof.

dlhnola Mine play with plastic bags. Even though I hide them, they search and destroy. They will work their paws unde the closet or pantry doors and inch by inch pullout the bags and then tear around the house with them.

dlhnola I always used crate training to assist in this particulary when I was busy and could not watch my dogs all the time. You could also keep him on a leash attached to your waist.
