Faru Mesh Early to sleep and early to rise and some exercise like walking or jogging whatever one can do is good for sleeping disorders. Limit daytime naps if you do, moreover create a restful environment before sleep like dark and quite.

Faru Mesh Try some homemade hair oil. A mixture of curry leaves, hibiscus leaves and flowers, dries gooseberry and coconut oil. Boil till it turn black. Apply it on your scalp and leave it at least for half an hour.
