If you knew they weren't feeding their pet or leaving them out in the high heat without water what would you do? Would you take the pet? Would you call animal control? With the weather being the way it is this can happen a lot....

kcdillon I am a smoker and I think that smoking should be banned in many public places! There's nothing worse than trying to enjoy a meal and someone is wafting there second hand cloud over you and your food. Yuck!
