maxen07 That also happened to us. The most we had to pay for water is around Php420 only. But a few years ago, it shot up to Php1,900 because there's a leak in one of our old pipes. I'm just glad we were able to find it and have it fixed.

Personally, I wouldn't be insulted. I'd just be concerned for my child on how he / she would handle it if the search was or wasn't a success. But either way, I'm sure a majority of adopted children would be wanting to find them...
