princysherly its really a gud one... a gud discussion.. me too jus hate if toilet is dirty.. however in india can't expedct the whole bunch to be clean.. my advice is keep their own toilets to b clean..guess tht wud make a big difference

princysherly even i prefer sms.. however attyms if its an emergency or it the matter is confidential i prefer to call .. i wud'nt spending an amt on it...or attyms if the person is busy in a meeting or cud'nt attend the call in those cases msgs wud b the best choice...
