according to my friend the fat that we get from foods will be absorb by the body faster due to the cold water we drink. cold water too will deposit the fat in our belly and this is hard to lose.

simplicable make up CAN change the look of a person, but thats only for a certain time frame. What can REALLY change the look is the character of that person, whats inside. How that person feel about himself/herself.
