tiffanymarie I think that smoking is just so bad for your health. The chain smokers in my family have finally stop smoking. If I am around others that smoke it really affects my allergies. I hope that you can encourage your father and elder brother to stop smoking.

tiffanymarie Hello ritchel - I take a multi-vitamin, calcium, and omega 3. I really hate to take any type of vitamins, medicine, etc.. but it is something that I believe is important for my health. I just don't like swallowing those large ones.
