Vicki, #1 Creek Girl When you have an IBS flare, calm your gut by eating some plain foods like white bread, plain baked potatoes, white rice, applesauce, baked or broiled chicken breast. No raw veggies or fruit. Sure hope this helps.

Vicki, #1 Creek Girl My husband has to eat gluten free and I found a good brand of gf spaghetti noodles. It's Muellers GF. It's a rice based pasta and is really good. Be sure to cook it long enough, though.
