Flowerchild21 Yes, that happens to me but opposite. I gain weight and I don't really notice it it my clothing. Now I only go on the scale every month. It seems that the scale is deceiving at times.

Flowerchild21 Sometimes it's hard to forgive, but I always try to forgive and make things right with people. Did you know forgive is good for your health. There were studys showing that harbouring bitterness is so bad for causing diseases.

Flowerchild21 Yes, I had two neices(girls ages 6 and 9)come to visit from Quebec. I took them swimming and to the part. We made puppets and had a puppet show. I gave them manicures with sparkely jewelery on there nails. It was alot of fun especially since I had 2 boys.

Flowerchild21 I am so addicted to coffee. Although, I only have about 2-3 cups in the morning. I guess that is still alot. If I don't have it I get a heavy head. There are some positive medical studies for coffee too. I think one of them was for depression.
