healerWitch For drinking dairy, I prefer kefir, really good for digestion on an empty stomach. I love yogurt, yet I hate yogurt milk lol. My husband makes his own yogurt smoothie, he adds dates, bananas, honey and crushed almonds. I could never drink that.
