newht351 as far as i concern, its ok for u let ur kid to play in the rain, but only one haour after rain.. itd for health purposes. first one hour, rain comes with all those toxic. after one hour, its already clean and pure water..

What is the most weight you have lost in one week ?

For me I lost about 9 lbs the first week of weight watchers .When I did a low carb diet I lost about 10 lbs the first week . I have never been able to lose more than 10 . What about you guys?

newht351 u lost a lot!! please give me the secret.. :) the most weight i ever lost in a week is about 1.5kg.. i think its about 3lbs.. i did on high protein n low carbo, but i found that it doesnt work so much..

newht351 for me, surgery is for extremely obes.. if u just have problem at stomach, waist or buttocks, just diet n execise.. any cream also can try.. like me, i have my ideal weight, v=but still look fat at buttocks, so i aplly slimming cream at my leg and buttocks.....
