send2noel like you, i skip breakfast during my younger years. but not i have to as i have to take medicines that are not supposed to be taken with empty stomach. for breakfast, i usually go for cereal, fruit, coffee and a toasted bread (cheese i like so much).

send2noel it usually works for me. when i want a good quality sleep, i rub my feet with vics vaporub and wear socks especially when i have colds. try drinking hot lemon juice, it's also good for the throat and your source of vit c.
