Charente Hi, monalily, I joined this site a while back, but have not pursued any jobs. I did some checking and found that there is lot of talk about the site being unreliable, so I didn't bother. If you Google oDesk, you will find quite a bit of stuff there.

Do you prefer to add butter to your pan before cooking or adding one of those flavored oil sprays? For me it usually depends but I think it is quicker for me to spray the oil onto the pan.

Charente I sometimes use butter, it usually depends on what I'm cooking. I try to use olive oil as much as possible as this is much better healthwise.

Charente I love fresh coffee and hot chocolate but try not to drink them too much. I tend to have them as a treat. I usually drink hot water with a slice of lemon or peppermint tea.

Charente I always buy organic eggs, not just free range. Free range eggs are not necessarily organic. For them to be organic, the hens have to have an organic diet and the eggs are usually marked organic. Free range eggs just means that the hens are not kept in cages....
