Whenever I bake a cake with stuff in (choc chips usually) they always just sink to the bottom of the cake... How do I get them to stay IN the cake, and not in a burnt layer at the bottom of it?

Rintis Try dusting the choco chips in flour before adding them to the batter. Also add them at the end and do not stir. Also see that your baking dish is layered with butter paper. This will avoid burning at the bottom to some extent.

Rintis Most people go ahead and adopt children when they can't have a child of their own. I think its ok because all said and done the abandoned child gets a home and parents love. Accepting somebody else's child and bring him/her up like our own is not an easy task....

Rintis I do that most of the time specially when i am nervous or angry. Strangely it helps me relax. Others may find it weird but I feel good and confident talking to myself. I am the best listener of my own problems :D

Rintis Its funny but this always happens when I have something very important to do. Either a friend comes over or a relative calls up and speaks for hours. I would get totally frustrated and irritated because I could not tell them how precious time was for me then....

Rintis Garlic is very good for the heart and for lowering cholesterol. Hence I very regularly use it. I use it in chicken, soups and Italian food too.

Rintis Winters make soups more enjoyable. They also help to ward off cold. High in nutrition and great in taste, they are loved by many. I enjoy vegetable and chicken soup with lots of pepper. I also make mushroom and baby corn soup?
