much2say @changjiangzhibin89 Our Tai Chi Master tells us each and every time that this way of exercise is great for seniors. The deep breathing and slow movements is calming yet effective. Hopefully she will continue with this for a long time.

much2say @changjiangzhibin89 She is doing well, but driving does make her nervous a bit. She says she would like to stop driving next year. However another friend's mother is 86 - she is still driving, walking 5 miles per day, and taking college courses!
