I don't know what it is about these shows, but it always makes me want to clean, and get rid of stuff lol. Of course I know that Hoarding is no joking matter, but the show definitely gets me to cleaning.

Jaycee Tea I usually just add some local raw honey, sometimes a little milk depending on what kind of tea. Coffee I like loads of creamer and some sugar, unless its a flavored creamer and then I can usually skip the sugar.

Jaycee It can be really hard to get help for PPD. There is much less stigma than there used to be but its still there. You even said she shouldn't have her kids because she's mentally ill.

Jaycee Sadly she probably doesn't have people in her life to do these simple things with/for her. Its just a short drive for you, but it could be the difference between seeing the doctor or staying home and suffering. For you its a job, for her its her life.

Jaycee When eating with someone else being on your phone is rude IMO. Unless its a true life or death emergency it can wait until after the meal and after socializing with your loved ones.

Jaycee Its interesting to me how in time it's become unacceptable to use so many words/ illnesses as derogatory comments yet it remails "okay" to do it to bipolar. I get so frustrated!

Jaycee I prefer to host. I feel so awkward at gatherings and parties (unless at one sister's house) and when I host I don't. I LOVE hosting my family Christmas party every year. My niece calls the party the "fun Christmas" which just warms my heart.

Jaycee Its so much easier to say "get out fast" than it is to actually do it. The most dangerous part of an abusive relationship is trying to leave. Also most DV victims attempted to leave the relationship multiple times.

Jaycee That depends on the situation. Silence doesn't help someone understand, so if you're wanting a resolution you have to have a conversation.
