If you see a cross, what message does it convey to you? Does it reminds you of Jesus and His love, or it reminds you of the gruesome and destructive nature of sin?

NefariousFox I'm sure most atheists would appreciate your grace, but they would also tell you that once an atheist has learned to see their world only as the empirically explainable, they don't need anything beyond the physical. The scientific world provides enough mystery...

The recent earthquakes that hit HAITI and CALIFORNIA are truly catastrophic.
The holy bible has an explanation for these things.
Are there some the same prophecies or readings regarding these events?

But the fact is, that Haiti and California are on fault lines, where two tectonic plates meet. Earthquakes are a natural and unpredictable geological...

NefariousFox I would wait if you can. Credit makes it easier to not have to save up for something, but since we have this recession on, I think that you should set aside some of your paycheck so that you can get a better computer and not have to pay interest on your credit...

I've heard the question posed the other way a lot. Discussions about whether parents should or shouldn't teach their kids their spiritual beliefs, or make kids go to church with them.

A lot of people I know who claim to be atheist tend to be more anti-established religion or anti-Judaic. Websters defines Atheism as godlessness, wickedness or a.) disbelief in the existence of deity b.) the doctrine that there is...
