pentaluda0878 I'm actually so non flexible now that the ligaments behind me knees have shrunk, I'm in pain if i totally straighten out my legs and have to do stretching exercises to keep it from getting worse, it's so not cool.

pentaluda0878 I think this is a great idea, we go so far as to kill the power strips that have our computers(4) and tv/stereo system at night before bed, so there isn't even auxiliary power being wasted except for things like alarm clocks that are always on.
