rebaozi Yes,I have a bed time for my children.It is 9pm normally.You know all the kids want to do is playing.Playing is their is their job for natual.They never want to go to sleep by themselvies.So as a parent,I have to let them go to bed earlier.

rebaozi Definitely don't work out ,it will make you sicker.When I was sick,I didn't want to work out anymore.And I always take more sleep,eat insipidity food and drink a lot of water.And soon I got well again.
