theoana They are doing it because of peer pressure, mostly. They also cause addiction, because of the substances that they contain, there are made certain patterns in the brain, causing the addiction to the substance.

How many hours do you work?

Some people work till late at night. Very soon it becomes an addiction and as a result, their sleeping hours reduce. They feel exhausted all day and it effects their work. It can't be a reason of happiness.

theoana You can eat carrots- they are good for your eyes. Some other vegetables are salad, onions, garlic. You can make a salad with many vegetables and some sauce and cheese. Also tomatoes.
